Job Summary:
The Nurse Manager for Labor and Delivery in NM (New Mexico) oversees clinical operations within the Labor & Delivery unit at the healthcare facility. Responsible for managing staff, ensuring quality patient care, and maintaining compliance with hospital policies and standards.
Job Details:
- Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per shift, minimum of 40 hours per week
- Required Qualifications: Certification(s) from AHA or ARC, valid NM State License, and 0+ years of experience in Labor and Delivery management
- Experience: At least 2 years of relevant management or leadership experience in a Labor & Delivery setting (unless otherwise noted)
- Responsibilities include overseeing patient care, staff scheduling, and interdisciplinary support within the unit.
- The candidate must complete all onboarding labs within 3-5 days of contract signing.
- Candidates must have submitted 7-year work history verification with supporting documentation.
- Onsite work is required; remote options are not specified.
- No float rotation is indicated as required.
- Submission of applicable certifications, references, and NM licensure is necessary prior to start.
