Registered Nurse (RN)

Job Overview

This position offers an exciting opportunity for Registered Nurses to provide high-quality care in a dynamic environment. The role requires flexibility to float to various locations as needed and the ability to adapt to a night shift schedule, working either 36 or 48 hours per week.

Requirements

  • Night shift availability is required.
  • EPIC experience is highly preferred.
  • Floating to various locations, including Delano, as needed.

Education and Work Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) is preferred.
  • Experience in an acute care facility is preferred.

Licenses and Certifications

  • Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice is required.
  • Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an approved vendor per policy is required.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an approved vendor per policy is required.
  • AHA-ACLS or ARC-ALS certification is required.
  • Fetal Heart Monitoring (FHM) certification is required.
  • AHA-NRP or ARC-NALS certification is required.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, the Registered Nurse will deliver compassionate patient care, assess patient health problems and needs, develop and implement nursing care plans, and maintain medical records. The nurse will ensure optimal patient outcomes through collaboration with a multidisciplinary team and adherence to best practices in nursing care.
