If you're passionate about providing outstanding maternal care, this is the perfect role for you! **Assignment Details:** - **Length**: 13 or 26 weeks - **Start Date**: ASAP - **Shift Options**: 3x12 or 4x12 Nights - **Experience Required**: Minimum of 1 year - **First Timers Accepted**: Yes - **Certifications Required**: - BLS - ACLS - AWHONN Intermediate and Advanced - NRP - **Preferred Skills**: Charge experience preferred or willing to train as charge - **On-call Requirement**: No - **Weekend Requirement**: Yes - every other weekend - **Floating**: May float to similar units if needed - **Block Schedule Accommodations**: No - **Local Candidates**: Not accepted (must be 50+ miles from facility) - **Pending License**: Accepted, but must have license in hand for auto offer - **RTO Restrictions**: Time off approved individually upon offer; all requests must be included in submittal - **Guaranteed Hours**: 60 hours per 2 weeks; traveler may be called off for 1, 12-hour shift every 2 weeks **Unit Information:** - **Patient Capacity**: - OB Triage/Testing: 5-10 - Labor & Delivery/Antepartum: 7-14 - **Unit Type**: High Risk Labor & Delivery - **Facility Features**: - 10 OB Triage Rooms - 10 LDR Rooms - 3 OR Suites - 4 PACU Rooms - **Average Daily Deliveries**: 7, with the potential for up to 14 patients, including inductions and high-risk antepartum. - **OB Triage**: Average of 4-5 third-trimester testing patients, plus daily influx of triage patients. **Facility Information:** - **Type**: Acute Hospital - **Recognition**: Magnet Facility, Level II Trauma, USNWR Best Hospital in Alaska - **Total Staffed Beds**: 407 - **Scrub Color**: Provided - **Charting System**: Epic - **Parking**: Free **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
