Schedule: 4×12s | Every Other Weekend

Job Description

Seeking an experienced Labor & Delivery RN to provide care for antepartum, labor, delivery, and postpartum patients, including high-risk obstetric cases. The RN will rotate through L&D, C-Section/Circulator, Baby RN, Triage, and High-Risk Antepartum/Postpartum areas.

Responsibilities

  • Manage high-risk labor, vaginal and C-section deliveries.
  • Perform fetal monitoring, IUPC/FSE, and obstetric assessments.
  • Provide antepartum and postpartum care.
  • Manage pre-eclampsia/eclampsia, HELLP, hemorrhage, PROM, preterm labor, VBAC, and multiple gestations.
  • Provide newborn care, APGAR assessment, and neonatal resuscitation.
  • Administer IV medications, blood products, Pitocin, Magnesium Sulfate, and other therapies.
  • Support breastfeeding/lactation and maintain accurate documentation.

Requirements

  • 2+ years L&D RN experience.
  • 3 years L&D experience required for first-time travelers.
  • Active CA RN license.
  • BLS, ACLS & NRP required.
  • High-Risk Antepartum experience.
  • Teaching hospital experience preferred.
  • Epic preferred.
  • Flu vaccine required — no exemptions.
  • No pending license; no RTO/scheduling requests.
