Description

American Traveler is hiring a Labor & Delivery RN for a night shift position requiring circulating experience and an active MA RN license.

Details

  • Work in the Birthing/Labor and Delivery Unit of a hospital setting
  • Night shift schedule: 3x12-hour shifts per week, 7:00pm-7:30am
  • Uses Epic EMR

Requirements

  • Active MA RN license required (MA Temp License accepted)
  • Current certifications: BLS, ACLS, NRP, and recent intermediate-level EFM
  • Minimum 2 years of Labor and Delivery experience required
  • Circulating experience required
  • Epic EMR experience required

Additional Information

  • Preferred certifications include ALSO, NCC Perinatal certifications (Maternal Newborn Nursing Level I, Postpartum or Inpatient Obstetric Nursing), and First Latch breastfeeding certification
  • Blue scrubs recommended though no strict color requirement
  • Local candidates accepted at a reduced rate within 50 miles of the facility
  • Maximum of 7 days RTO allowed during the assignment
  • Former permanent staff are not eligible to return as travelers
