Description

American Traveler is hiring an experienced Labor & Delivery RN with OB Triage experience and prior travel nursing background for a night shift assignment.

Details

  • Labor & Delivery unit providing comprehensive obstetric care from 20 weeks gestation through 6 weeks postpartum
  • Unit includes 14 Labor & Delivery rooms, OB Triage Unit, OB Operating Rooms, and OB PACU
  • Newly expanded rooms feature state-of-the-art equipment and modern technology for family-centered care
  • Night shift schedule, 4x12 hours from 19:00 to 7:30
  • Rotating holidays and weekends required
  • Block scheduling is not available

Requirements

  • Active Maryland RN license or Compact RN license required in hand
  • Minimum 3 years of current Labor & Delivery RN experience required
  • OB Triage experience required
  • Previous travel nursing experience required
  • Active fetal monitoring certification required, C-EFM preferred or AWHONN Intermediate accepted (C-EFM required if contract extends to 1 year or more)
  • Two professional references required for consideration

Additional Information

  • Provide comprehensive obstetric nursing care in a modern, family-centered birthing environment
  • Travelers must work two of the three winter holidays
