Med Ninjas is seeking a travel nurse RN Labor and Delivery for a travel nursing job in Issaquah, Washington.
Job Summary (List Format):
- Position: Travel Labor & Delivery (L&D) Registered Nurse (RN)
- Contract Length: 13 or 26 weeks
- Shift: Nights, 4×12 hour shifts, 7:00 PM–7:30 AM
- Experience Required: Minimum 2+ years L&D nursing experience
- First-Time Travelers: Accepted
- EMR Experience: Epic
- Patient Ratio: 1:1–3
- Float Requirements: May float to Postpartum and potentially L&D at Swedish First Hill
- Unit: High-Risk Antepartum & Labor & Delivery
- Birth Volume: 200–300 births per month
- Certifications Required:
- BLS
- Fetal Heart Monitoring (FHM)
- Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP)
- AWHONN Intermediate
- ACLS preferred
- Relevant Experience:
- High-risk deliveries
- C-sections
- Fetal monitoring
- Triage
- Antepartum care
- Epidurals
- Magnesium sulfate administration
- Insulin drips
- Blood product administration
- Postpartum care
- Holiday Requirement:
- May request up to 2 major holidays off
- Must work at least 1 of the following: Thanksgiving, Christmas/Eve, or New Year's/Eve
- Other Requirements:
- Provide years of L&D experience, certifications, license status, and earliest availability for application process
Med Ninjas Job ID #11415. Pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
