Description

American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a Labor & Delivery position requiring circulating experience and MA licensure.

Details

  • Work in the Obstetrics Birthing Unit of a hospital setting
  • Night shift, 12-hour shifts from 7 p.m. to 7 a.m
  • 36 hours per week, 3 shifts per week
  • No on-call responsibilities
  • Uses Epic EMR

Requirements

  • Active MA RN license (Temp license accepted) required
  • Current certifications: BLS, ACLS, and NRP
  • Recent EFM certification at least intermediate level required
  • Minimum 2 years of experience required
  • Circulating experience required
  • Epic EMR experience required

Additional Information

  • Preferred but not required certifications include ALSO, Perinatal NCC certifications, and First Latch breastfeeding certification
  • Blue scrubs are a safe color choice though no specific color is mandated
  • No more than 7 days of RTO allowed during the assignment
  • Local candidates within 50 miles of the facility are accepted at a reduced rate
  • Former permanent staff are not eligible to return as travelers
