Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - Labor & Delivery to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive care to mothers and infants during labor and delivery.
• Monitor and assess fetal heartbeats using Fetal Link system.
• Circulate during C-sections and provide support in the operating room.
• Follow established care guidelines and maintain accurate electronic medical records using Cerner.
• Coordinate with OB techs and other healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Float to postpartum unit as needed and support high-risk deliveries.

Qualifications

• Current RN license to practice in the state of California.
• ACLS, BLS, Advanced Fetal Monitoring, and NRP certifications required.
• Experience in labor & delivery and postpartum care.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and work under pressure.
• Effective communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
• Willingness to work every other weekend and float to postpartum.
