Job Opportunity – Registered Nurse, Labor and Delivery – Santa Rosa, CA 95405

Start Date: October 19, 2026

Location: Santa Rosa, California

Schedule: Night shift, 3x12-hour shifts (19:00 - 07:00); 4x12 schedule available upon request. Patient ratio 1:3. Floating between like units may be required. Must commit to working 3 of 5 major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day).

• Guaranteed hours with minimal call-off provisions (facility may call off once per two-week pay period)
• Winter rate enhancement in effect through February 27, 2027

Requirements:

• Active California RN license or Compact license (must be in hand at time of submission)
• Minimum 2 years of Labor and Delivery experience required (hard-stop requirement)
• Post-partum nursing experience required
• Required certifications: ACLS, BLS, NRP, and AWHONN Intermediate
• Preferred certification: AWHONN Advanced
• Previous travel experience required; first-time travelers not accepted
• Clean background check required (no Nursys or background hits accepted)
• Two professional references covering 1 year within the last 3 years
• Candidates residing within 50 miles are not eligible at standard rates
