Med Ninjas is seeking a travel nurse RN Labor and Delivery for a travel nursing job in Spokane, Washington.
Travel RN – Labor & Delivery (L&D)
Position: Travel Registered Nurse (RN) – Labor & Delivery
Facility Type: Short-Term Acute Care Hospital
Trauma Level: Level II Trauma Center / Level II Pediatric Trauma Center
Charting System: Epic EMR
Floating: Yes, between units
On-Call: Not required
Weekends: Some weekend shifts required
Block Scheduling: Not required
48-Hour Workweeks: Approved

Antepartum (AP): 1:3
Candidates should have acute-care Labor & Delivery experience, including:
High-risk labor and delivery nursing care.
Antepartum patient monitoring and management.
Care for patients with preeclampsia and diabetes during pregnancy.
Management of multiple gestations.
Vaginal Birth After Cesarean (VBAC) and Trial of Labor After Cesarean (TOLAC).
Active management and monitoring of laboring patients.
Labor induction and augmentation.
Recognition and management of maternal emergencies.

Clinical Environment: Acute care with specialized maternal and pediatric services.

Parking: No fee for staff.
Must be comfortable floating between units as needed.
Must be available for some weekend shifts.
Must be prepared to work in a high-acuity Labor & Delivery environment and manage complex maternal cases.
Must follow hospital protocols and patient safety standards.
Med Ninjas Job ID #18862. Pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
