The role offers 36 hours per week on a 3x12 schedule, with every other weekend required and floating within the hospital as needed.

Job Details

• Schedule: 3 shifts per week, 36 hours per week
• Weekly Estimated Pay: $2,250 - $2,370
• Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend
• Call: Not required
• Floating: As needed within the hospital
• Location: Harrison, AR

Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse license, or license in hand before start
• Minimum of 1 year of Labor & Delivery nursing experience
• Current BLS certification
• Current NRP certification
• Ability to adapt quickly in a high-acuity maternity care environment
• Two professional references required at submission
• Open to first-time travelers
• Must live outside the 50-mile local radius

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care to laboring and postpartum patients
• Monitor maternal and fetal status and respond appropriately to changes in condition
• Support safe admissions, labor progression, delivery, and recovery workflows
• Collaborate with providers and interdisciplinary team members to promote positive outcomes
• Administer medications and interventions according to nursing standards and unit protocols
• Educate and support patients and families throughout the childbirth experience
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow all facility policies and procedures
• Assist with floating duties within the hospital as needed and within scope
