Description

American Traveler is hiring a Labor & Delivery RN for a night shift assignment requiring an active NH or Compact RN license and BLS/NRP certification.

Details

  • Work in the Women & Children's Center on a Labor and Delivery unit
  • Night shift schedule from 19:00 to 07:30
  • 13-week assignment length
  • Postpartum experience helpful but not required
  • Uses Epic for charting

Requirements

  • Active RN license (NH or Compact)
  • BLS certification (AHA, Red Cross, CHSF, or Military accepted)
  • NRP certification (AHA, Red Cross, CHSF, or Military accepted)
  • Primary source verification of license/certification required within 30 days of start and updated upon expiration
  • Both NURSYS and BON verification required for nursing license
  • Flu vaccine required with no religious or medical exemptions allowed

Additional Information

  • Provide nursing care for patients in labor, delivery, and postpartum stages
  • Local candidates must reside at least 60 miles from the facility to qualify for the travel pay rate
  • Candidates applying for an NH license should apply for an emergency license within 48 hours of applying for their permanent license
  • Respirator FIT test required, preferably completed prior to start, or within 14 days of starting
  • Two separate NH state background checks required: NH Criminal Background check and NH BEAS record check
  • Timekeeping is managed through UKG/Kronos
  • First-time travelers are welcome to apply
