Join our team as a Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse (L&D RN) at a leading acute-care hospital in Raton, NM. This position offers a fantastic opportunity to work in a Rural Critical Access Hospital within a well-equipped LDRP Unit, featuring 4 regular LDRP rooms, a triage area, and a well baby nursery. You will utilize Cerner EMR to provide exceptional care to patients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in the Labor and Delivery unit.
  • Maintain a patient ratio of 1:1 to ensure personalized attention.
  • Participate in task floating as required.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in Labor and Delivery.
  • Current New Mexico RN licensure is required.
  • Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, & NRP.
  • All RTO (Request Time Off) must be included in the initial submission; RTO requested after submission will not be considered.
  • No RTO around the holidays will be approved.

Shift Information:

  • Night shift: 3x12-Hour (18:00 - 06:30) or alternating 36s/48s.
  • Blocked scheduling is allowed with a 7ON/7OFF rotation every other week.
  • No call required.
