WCS Healthcare Partners is seeking dedicated and experienced registered nurses to join our Labor & Delivery team in Voorhees, NJ. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a high-risk Level III facility, providing exceptional care to mothers and newborns in a supportive and dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive care to patients in the Labor & Delivery unit, ensuring a safe and supportive environment for mothers and newborns.
Monitor and assess patients during labor, delivery, and postpartum stages.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring compliance with established protocols.
Educate patients and families about the labor and delivery process, postpartum care, and newborn care.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care activities.

Requirements

Minimum of 2 years of experience in Labor & Delivery nursing.
Active New Jersey RN license or Compact license.
Current certifications in Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), and Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP).
Experience in antepartum and high-risk antepartum care.
Ability to work every other weekend and provide weekend coverage as needed.
Willingness to float to the High-Risk Obstetric Unit (HROB) if required.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
