Description

American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a Labor & Delivery position requiring a current HI RN license and intermediate or advanced fetal monitoring skills.

Details

  • Work in the Labor & Delivery and Nursery units of a rural community hospital
  • Provides couplet care to mothers and newborns
  • Unit averages 45-50 deliveries per month
  • 12-hour night shift schedule
  • May float to assist other departments but not as a primary nurse

Requirements

  • Active HI RN license required, must be currently in hand
  • Minimum 4 years of experience required
  • Certifications required: BLS, ACLS, NRP
  • Additional certifications may include CPI, ENPC, RNFA, TNCC, AWHONN, STABLE, ASLS, NBSTSA, APHON, CMA, CCMA, or RMA
  • Prior Labor & Delivery experience required
  • Couplet care experience required
  • Intermediate or advanced fetal monitoring skills required

  • Provides nursing care across Labor & Delivery, LDRP, Nursery, Obstetrics, and Post Partum areas
  • Rural community hospital setting in Hawaii
