Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum of 1 year of Labor & Delivery nursing experience required
• Experience in an obstetrics or maternal-child care environment preferred
• Strong assessment skills with the ability to recognize changes in maternal and fetal status
• Comfort working 12-hour night shifts in a fast-paced clinical setting
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and critical thinking skills
• Ability to adapt quickly to a new team, workflow, and travel nursing assignment

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to laboring, delivering, and postpartum patients
• Monitor maternal and fetal conditions throughout the labor process
• Support physicians and the care team during deliveries and obstetric procedures
• Assess patient status, document care accurately, and respond to changes in condition
• Educate and support patients and families throughout the childbirth experience
• Promote a safe, compassionate, and collaborative healthcare environment
