Description

American Traveler is hiring a Labor & Delivery RN with 2+ years of experience for a 13-week Women & Infant service line assignment requiring a CO or compact RN license.

Details

Work in a Labor and Delivery/Birth Center unit with 15 staffed beds
Shift consists of various day-of-week night shifts (7:00 PM-7:30 AM), 3x12 hours
Weekend shifts required per unit needs
On-call requirement of 1 day every 6 weeks
Open to floating across the North region within the Women & Infant service line
Uses EPIC for charting
Scrubs provided by facility

Requirements

Active RN license (CO or Compact) required
Minimum 2 years of Labor and Delivery experience required
Required certifications: BLS, NRP, ACLS, and AWHONN Intermediate
C-EFM certification preferred
First-time travelers accepted if experience requirements are met

Additional Information

Provide direct patient care within Labor & Delivery, Level I Nursery, and Mother/Baby settings
Maximum of 10 RTO days approved per 13-week contract
RTO is restricted during several blackout periods including late June/early July, early September, late October/early November, late November/early December, and year-end holidays
Candidates previously employed by UCHealth or its affiliates must disclose this for eligibility review
Applicants who applied to UCHealth internal travel or perm positions within the last two years are ineligible for consideration
Returning travelers who completed a full year on assignment are not eligible for rebooking for at least one year
No blocked scheduling requests permitted
Completion of facility-specific training modules required within the first week of assignment
Local candidates residing within 75 miles of the facility may be considered at a local pay rate
