Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive care to mothers and newborns during labor, delivery, and postpartum stages.
• Monitor and assess patient conditions, ensuring safety and comfort throughout the birthing process.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Educate and support families during childbirth, addressing any concerns or questions.
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Labor & Delivery or a related field.
• Current RN License (NH or Compact).
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification.
• Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
