Join a leading acute-care hospital as a Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse (L&D RN) in Pueblo, CO. This contract position offers a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, supporting women and infants in a dedicated Labor and Delivery unit.
Position / Specialty: RN Labor and Delivery
Shifts: Night 3x12-Hour (17:45 - 06:15)
Years of Experience Required: 2 years (First-timers accepted if experience requirements are met)
Weekend Requirements: Yes, per unit needs
Certifications Required: AHA BLS, ACLS, NRP, AWHONN Intermediate, and a valid State License (compact license accepted)
On-call Requirements: Yes, per unit needs
Total Staffed Beds: 14
Charting: Epic
Ratios: 1:2
Scrub Color: Navy
Special Requirements: Must be comfortable in a fast-paced environment, managing laboring and high-risk OB patients, circulating in the OR, placing internal monitors, and having OB triage experience. The unit handles approximately 150 births a month.
Local rate is $95 for candidates residing within 75 miles of the facility.
