TLC Nursing is seeking a travel nurse RN Labor and Delivery for a travel nursing job in Fort Myers, Florida.

Assignment Details
Guaranteed Hours: 36 Weekly
Contract Weeks: 14
Requirements
2+ years of Labor and Delivery experience required
Prior travel experience required
Licensure: Active Registered Nurse
Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NRP required
AWHONN intermediate Fetal Monitoring class completion required
AWHONN Advanced fetal monitoring class and EFM certification preferred
Ability to handle HIGH ACUITY patients
EMR system: Epic
Degree accreditation must be present on profile or must have 5 years of experience
Responsibilities
Provide high-quality care to patients in a Labor and Delivery unit
Monitor fetal heart rates and maternal well-being
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop care plans
Assist with labor and delivery processes
Administer medications and manage patient pain relief
Educate patients and families on the birthing process and postpartum care
Compliance / Notes
Call required: 12 hours in a 6-week scheduling period. Floating required; travelers may float to other facilities as necessary. All required time off must be submitted with application; no approvals after submission
