We are seeking a dedicated Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at a leading acute-care hospital in Seymour, IN. This is a contract position with a focus on providing exceptional care in the Labor & Delivery unit. If you are passionate about maternal and newborn health, this opportunity is for you!

Key Responsibilities:

Provide nursing care to patients in the Labor and Delivery setting.
Monitor and assess the health status of mothers and newborns.
Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.
Support mothers during labor, delivery, and postpartum recovery.
Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

Requirements:

Current RN license.
Experience in Labor and Delivery and Mother Baby care.
Certifications: ACLS, AWHONN Beginner, BLS, NRP required.
Driver's license must be included with submission.
Ability to float within scope to meet facility needs if required.
Local candidates accepted (within an 80-mile radius).
First-timers accepted based on experience.
No pending state license accepted.
RTO restrictions: Call out if more than a week.
EMR: Meditech Expanse.
