Description

American Traveler is hiring a travel RN for a Labor & Delivery position requiring a WI or compact RN license in hand, Epic experience, and a minimum of 2 years of experience.

Details

Hospital Labor & Delivery unit serving a maternal child services patient population
Experience with antepartum, Labor & Delivery, Level 1 Nursery, LDRP, Mother/Baby, and baby-friendly protocols required
Night shift schedule: 3x12-hour shifts, 19:00–07:30
Every 3rd weekend required
One holiday coverage required
Travelers may float as 'Helping Hands' to other units within scope of practice
Charting via Epic (required)
Free parking available in any unrestricted space

Requirements

Active WI RN license (or compact license) must be in hand prior to placement
Minimum 2 years of Labor & Delivery RN experience required
Required certifications: BLS and NRP
Preferred certifications: STABLE, AWHONN, and ACLS
Epic EMR experience required
Candidates must reside more than 70 miles from the facility to be eligible
2 professional references from a supervisor within the past 2 years required for consideration

Additional Information

Block scheduling requests are subject to manager discretion
RTO requests should be submitted upfront when possible
Travelers may be required to participate in holiday rotation
