Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse (RN)

Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. This position offers a unique 7 on, 7 off night shift schedule, allowing for a balanced work-life arrangement while providing exceptional care to our patients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality care to expectant mothers during labor and delivery.
  • Monitor maternal and fetal health throughout the delivery process.
  • Assist in 5-12 deliveries per month.
  • Utilize the CPSI/Thrive charting system for documentation and patient records.
  • Float to Med Surg as needed to support overall patient care.

Qualifications

  • Valid nursing license as a Registered Nurse (RN).
  • Experience in Labor and Delivery preferred.
  • Ability to float to Med Surg when required.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Commitment to patient-centered care.

Additional Information

Nurses are allowed to wear scrubs of any color, promoting a comfortable and personalized work environment.
