Job Details:
**Experience and Skills Required:** - Minimum of 3 years of L&D nursing experience - Travel experience required due to current skill mix - Required skills: Antepartum, L&D, Postpartum, OB - Must have basic med surg skills - Ability to work obstetric floor and provide couplet care as well as care for hysterectomy patients - Number of Years of Experience: 2 - Skills include: Administration of blood & blood products, Antepartum, L&D, Postpartum, Couplet Care, and other specified medical skills. **Certifications Required:** - BLS (Basic Life Support) - FHM (Fetal Heart Monitoring) - NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) - AWHONN Advanced/Intermediate (Association of Women's Health, Obstetric and Neonatal Nurses) for fetal monitoring - STABLE (preferred) **Licensure:** - Valid State or Compact License required at time of submission - Copy of Nursys required at time of submission (pulled within the last 7 days) **Other Requirements:** - EPIC experience is strongly preferred; indicate the last facility where EPIC was used - 50 Mile Radius Rule for locals at a decreased BR - COVID-19 vaccine required; medical/religious exemptions only - Two professional references required, completed by someone in a supervisory capacity **Additional Notes:** - Bi-weekly orientation with 48 orientation hours - Flexible on RTO (Request Time Off), holiday work, and contract length - Patient Ratios Nights: 3 - Candidates will float within the hospital as needed - Scrubs provided - Interdisciplinary support and special procedures/equipment detailed
