Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Prior Labor & Delivery nursing experience required
• At least 1 year of nursing experience preferred
• Strong assessment, communication, and critical thinking skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, night-shift clinical environment
• Experience collaborating with physicians, providers, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to patients throughout labor, delivery, and immediate postpartum recovery
• Monitor maternal and fetal status and respond appropriately to changes in condition
• Support safe deliveries by assisting with procedures and maintaining a calm, reassuring presence
• Educate and advocate for patients and families throughout the birthing process
• Document assessments, interventions, and patient responses accurately and thoroughly
• Work closely with the care team to promote excellent outcomes and a positive patient experience
