Description

American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a Labor and Delivery position requiring KS or compact license and specialized fetal monitoring certification.

Details

• Labor and Delivery unit within a hospital setting
• Scheduled shifts run 07:00-19:30
• 8-week assignment length
• Uses Cerner/OneChart EMR system
• Ceil blue scrubs required

Requirements

• Active KS or compact RN license required
• Minimum 2 years of Labor and Delivery experience required
• Current BLS certification (AHA) required
• Current ACLS certification (AHA) required
• Current NRP certification (AHA/American Academy of Pediatrics) required
• Ascension Fetal Monitoring certification required, or AWHONN/Relias equivalent completed within the past 2 years if not covered by competency exam
• MOAB Moderate Risk de-escalation training required
• Nursys license verification required within 30 days prior to start
• Current license and primary source verification required within 30 days prior to start

Additional Information

• Provide direct patient care in a Labor and Delivery setting
• Must have a US Social Security Number and provide a US home address
• Radius rule applies, allowing local candidates at a reduced rate depending on distance from facility
• First-time travelers may be considered
