Description

American Traveler is hiring a Labor and Delivery RN for a night shift assignment requiring at least 2 years of L&D experience and a GA or compact RN license.

Details

  • Labor and Delivery unit within a hospital setting
  • Night shift schedule (3x12 hours, 19:00-07:00)
  • Every other weekend required
  • One 12-hour call shift required per schedule
  • Floating required within facility and scope of practice as needed
  • 20-week assignment length

Requirements

  • Active GA or compact RN license required
  • Minimum 2 years of Labor and Delivery experience required
  • BLS certification required
  • Two supervisory references (Manager or above) highly preferred
  • Must be fully compliant with facility requirements to start on time

Additional Information

  • Provide direct patient care in the Labor and Delivery unit
  • First-time travelers are welcome to apply
  • Locals accepted at the same pay rate
  • Maximum RTO of 7 days, with RTO required at time of submission
  • Holiday coverage required based on number of major holidays falling within the assignment period
  • Returning travelers must be away from all Piedmont facilities for one full year before returning
  • Shift and schedule are firm with no alternate requests permitted
  • Travel pairs cannot be assigned to the same shift on the same unit
