Hours: 36–48 hours/week Requirements
- Active RN license in the state of practice — Required
- BLS certification — Required
- ACLS certification (AHA-ACLS or ARC-ALS) — Required
- EPIC experience — Required
- Acute-care facility experience — Preferred
- BSN — Preferred
Job Responsibilities
- Provide coordinated nursing care to assigned patients.
- Assess patients and identify their healthcare needs.
- Develop, implement, and evaluate patient care plans.
- Monitor patient progress and outcomes.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals.
- Provide education to patients, families, and healthcare team members.
- Participate in discharge planning and continuity of care.
- Delegate and coordinate duties among healthcare team members.
- Maintain a safe, caring, and professional patient environment.
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
