Join our team as a Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse (L&D RN) in Beaufort, SC! We are seeking skilled and compassionate nurses to provide exceptional care in a dynamic healthcare environment. This is a contract position with a night shift schedule, perfect for those looking to make a meaningful impact in maternal and newborn health.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide care for patients during labor and delivery, including high-risk and premature deliveries.
• Perform postpartum and couplet care, ensuring the well-being of both mother and newborn.
• Conduct antepartum triage nursing and act as an OR circulator for Cesarean sections.
• Utilize Meditech EMR for patient documentation and care coordination.
• Deliver respiratory support and resuscitation as needed.

Requirements:

• 2 years of experience in Labor and Delivery nursing required.
• AWHONN Intermediate certification required.
• BLS, FHM, and NRP certifications required.
• ACLS certification preferred.
• Current South Carolina nursing license required.
• Must adhere to a 50-mile radius restriction for travel.
• Facility does not accept felony background hits or licensure action.
