Unit Description: Low-risk and high-risk obstetrics. 14 L&D beds, 6 triage beds, 2 operating rooms, 2 recovery beds, 2 high-risk antepartum. L&D is a regional tertiary care unit supporting local obstetric needs and serving as a receiving port from outlying hospitals. Nurses team with midwives and physicians to maximize the childbirth experience for women seeking minimal intervention, as well as those with major complications
Requirements:
May be required to float to Mother and Baby as needed

IV Start. Triage and Scrub skills a plus BLS, ACLS, NRP certifications WV or Compact RN license May be required to float to Mother and Baby as needed
