• Weekly Estimated Pay: $1,680 - $1,770

Job Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of combined permanent Labor & Delivery RN experience required
• Current Ohio RN license or compact state RN license in hand at time of submission
• Active BLS, ACLS, NRP, and Basic Fetal Monitoring certification required
• Strong experience with antepartum and high-risk obstetric patients preferred
• Ability to work night shifts and adapt quickly in a high-acuity, team-based healthcare setting
• References from recent specialty experience are required
• Commitment to safe, compassionate, patient-centered nursing care

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care to laboring and antepartum patients
• Monitor high-risk pregnancies, including preeclampsia, preterm labor, bleeding, placental concerns, and multiples
• Collaborate with physicians, OB providers, and the care team to support safe maternal and fetal outcomes
• Assess patients, monitor fetal status, and respond promptly to changes in condition
• Educate and support patients and families throughout the childbirth process
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow unit protocols and standards of care
• Contribute to a positive, professional, and supportive Labor & Delivery unit culture
