WCS Healthcare Partners is seeking dedicated Registered Nurses to join the Labor & Delivery Unit in South Weymouth, MA. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a supportive environment while providing exceptional care to mothers and their newborns.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in the birthing unit.
• Monitor and assess the health of mothers and babies during labor and delivery.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure a safe and positive birthing experience.
• Educate and support patients and their families throughout the birthing process.
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.

Schedule Options

• 36-hour shift: 3x12s, Nights 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM
• 40-hour shift: 2 twelve-hour shifts from 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM and 2 eight-hour shifts

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in labor and delivery required.
• Must have circulating experience.
• Certifications Required:
  • BLS (Basic Life Support)
  • ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
  • NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program)
  • Recent EFM (Electronic Fetal Monitoring) at least intermediate level required
