WCS Healthcare Partners is seeking dedicated and experienced Registered Nurses to join our Labor & Delivery unit. Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive care to expectant mothers during labor, delivery, and postpartum stages.
• Monitor and assess patients' conditions, ensuring the safety and well-being of both mother and child.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Educate patients and their families on postnatal care and newborn care practices.
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records using Cerner.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of recent experience in Labor & Delivery.
• Current AHA BLS, ACLS, and NRP certifications.
• Proficient in managing cases involving pregnancy complications such as preeclampsia, diabetes, and preterm labor.
• Willingness to work night shifts from 7 PM to 7 AM.
• Commitment to work 2 out of the 3 major holidays (Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Year's Day) and 1 minor holiday (The Friday after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, New Year's Eve).
