Job Requirements

• Active Washington RN license or eligible multistate/compact RN license with required verifications
• Minimum 1 year of Labor & Delivery, postpartum, or nursery nursing experience
• BLS and NRP required
• Strong clinical knowledge in labor and delivery, postpartum care, and newborn care
• Experience in women’s health, mother-baby, or neonatal nursing is highly valued
• Scrub experience is a plus, but not required
• STABLE training preferred
• Meditech experience helpful, but not required

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care to laboring patients, postpartum patients, and newborns
• Monitor patient status and support safe, timely interventions throughout the labor and delivery process
• Assist with postpartum recovery and nursery care in a collaborative clinical environment
• Partner with physicians, nurses, and the care team to promote positive patient outcomes
• Maintain flexibility to support the unit and pick up additional shifts when available
