Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care on a Labor & Birth unit with 15 labor beds, 7 antepartum beds, and 4 pre/post beds
• Perform and interpret external fetal monitoring using established protocols
• Maintain expected patient ratios of 1:1 or 2:1 based on patient acuity and unit needs
• Document patient care accurately using EPIC EMR
• May be required to float to the postpartum unit as needed
• Adhere to facility dress code; black scrubs required

Required Qualifications

• Active RN license eligible for practice in Oklahoma
• BLS certification required
• C-EFM (Certified Electronic Fetal Monitoring) certification required
• NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certification required
• Minimum 2 years of labor and delivery experience at a facility delivering 350–400 patients per month

Preferred Experience / Skills

• ACLS certification
• PALS certification
