We are seeking a dedicated Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse (L&D RN) to join our team in Seattle, WA. This contract position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, providing care for childbearing women and newborns in a high-risk setting.

Special Notes: The facility is a Level 3 Perinatal center with approximately 150 births per month. It provides care for complex high-risk patients, with a Level 4 NICU that serves as a regional center. The unit has 2 operating rooms for C-sections, BTLs, and postpartum D&Cs, as well as a second L&D RN designated as a "baby catcher" for well, non-compromised babies.
Guaranteed Hours: In the event of low census, Healthcare Providers may be called off without charge or placed on-call (for standard on-call rate) in 4-hour increments up to 1 shift's worth of hours in a 2-week cycle. For ambulatory or surgical services areas that are closed on weekends and holidays, hospitals will not schedule travelers or meet the minimum during these periods.
