Description

American Traveler is hiring a Labor & Delivery RN with at least 1 year of recent L&D experience and a CA RN license for a 13-week contract.

Details

  • Labor & Delivery unit within a hospital setting
  • 12-hour day shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM
  • Uses Epic EMR

Requirements

  • Active CA RN license required
  • BLS and Advanced Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certifications required
  • Minimum 1 year of recent full-time L&D experience within the last 3 years required
  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program
  • Bachelor's degree in nursing or related field preferred
  • 5+ years of recent L&D experience within the last 2 years preferred
  • 1 year of high-risk L&D experience within the last 2 years preferred
  • High-risk OB experience preferred
  • Last 4 digits of SSN and date of birth required for consideration

Additional Information

  • Provide labor and delivery nursing care, including high-risk OB support as needed
  • Local candidates accepted at the same rate as travel candidates
