Description

American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a Labor & Delivery position requiring AWHONN Advanced Fetal Monitoring certification and a CA RN license.

Details

• Labor and Delivery unit following an LDRP model
• 36 hours per week on rotating night shifts (7:00 PM-7:30 AM)
• No call requirements
• Requires EPIC experience

Requirements

• Active CA RN license required
• Current certifications: BLS, ACLS, NRP, and AWHONN Advanced Fetal Monitoring
• ACLS and NRP certifications required within 6 months of hire if not already held
• AWHONN Advanced Fetal Monitoring course required at hire and renewed every two years
• Novice L&D nurses must complete AWHONN Intermediate Fetal Heart Monitoring course during first 6-8 months of orientation
• Minimum 2 years of L&D experience required
• Minimum 1 year of recent acute care RN experience required
• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
