Registered Nurse (RN)

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse (RN) with supervisory experience to join our healthcare team. This position offers the opportunity to work Night Shift, with varying schedules. The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical knowledge and leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality nursing care to patients during night shifts.
  • Supervise nursing staff and ensure compliance with clinical guidelines and protocols.
  • Coordinate patient care, focusing on fetal monitoring and related practices.
  • Utilize EPIC for electronic health record management.
  • Engage in continuous performance improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Must possess a valid Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice.
  • Minimum of 5 years of clinical nursing experience in a relevant specialty.
  • At least 2 years of supervisory experience, including charge nurse responsibilities.
  • Current certifications: AHA-NRP or ARC-NALS, AHA-ACLS or ARC-ALS, Basic Life Support (BLS) from an approved vendor.
  • Advanced Fetal Monitoring certification from AWHONN, obtained within the last 2 years.
  • EPIC electronic health record experience is required.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing is required; Master’s Degree is preferred.

Work Schedule

This position requires working three 12-hour night shifts from 1800 to 0630. A rotating schedule may apply, providing flexibility in work hours.
