**Exciting Opportunity for Travel RN - Labor & Delivery (L&D) - 7P - 7A** **Job Description:** - **Unit Information:** - *Birthing Center L&D* - Number of Beds: 29 - Number of Staff: 20 - Patient Ratios: 4-6:1 - **Team Structure:** - Day Shift: 1 CNC/Charge and 3-4 RNs - Night Shift: 1 CNC/Charge and 2-3 RNs - **Equipment:** - Welch Allen vitals machines - CPN monitors - POC Glucose monitoring - **EMR System:** - Meditech / CPN - **Typical Responsibilities:** - Provide exceptional care in Labor & Delivery, including: - Management of high-risk pregnancies - Fetal monitoring (NSTs) - Post-operative gynecological surgeries - Addressing GYN oncology post-operative needs - Care for NICU moms and readmitted post-partum complications - **Qualifications:** - **Must have:** - Minimum 1-year current Labor & Delivery RN experience - BLS, AWHONN, & NRP certifications - **Preferred qualifications:** - OB experience - Med-surg experience - GYN experience - **Ideal Candidate:** - Positive attitude - Hard worker who thrives in a busy environment - Strong focus on patient care - **Unit Culture:** - Supportive environment with experienced staff - Follow HCA ICARE standards of behavior **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
