### Exciting Opportunity: RN - Labor and Delivery **Job Description:** Join our dynamic team as a Labor and Delivery Nurse! Here’s your chance to make a real impact in the lives of patients and their families while honing your skills in a supportive environment. **Why You'll Love This Role:** * **Independence and Impact**: Practice autonomously while managing complex situations and providing critical care to patients and their families. * **Diverse Responsibilities**: * Utilize the nursing process for assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation. * Administer medications and treatments through established protocols while monitoring for effectiveness and side effects. * Document patient histories and care provided meticulously. * Assess learning needs and educate patients and families about their care journey. * **Collaborative Environment**: Work alongside a dedicated team, leading yourself and others in achieving the best patient outcomes. **Qualifications:** * **Education**: * Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing preferred. * **Experience**: * 1 year of experience in the related nursing specialty preferred. * **Licenses/Certifications**: * RN License in the state of TX or compact. * Current certification from NCC Electronic Fetal Monitoring (C-EFM) or AWHONN Intermediate FHM. * Current BLS, ACLS, and NRP certifications (AHA only). **Position Requirements:** * Attend New Nurses Orientation within the first 30 days of hire. * Complete all competency verification and onboarding requirements. * Perinatal RN Residency or recent experience in a Perinatal Setting preferred. **Work Schedule:** * Days: 7AM - 7PM * Type: Full Time **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
