**Join Our Dynamic Labor and Delivery Team!** **Job Description:** - **Location:** Asheville, NC - **Unit:** Labor and Delivery (707) - **Shift:** 6:45 PM - 7:15 AM **About the Role:** - Join a thriving team at a top-rated, prestigious hospital known for excellence in patient care. - Work in a 16-bed Labor and Delivery unit equipped with cutting-edge technology. - Collaborate with a dedicated team of 120 talented staff members. **Key Responsibilities:** - Successfully manage patients with high-risk pregnancies. - Provide immediate newborn care and support to new mothers. - Perform a variety of procedures, including: - Vaginal Deliveries - Cesarean Sections - D&C - Cerclage - C-Hyst **What We Are Looking For:** - **Must Haves:** - 2+ years of Labor and Delivery experience - High-risk experience - Immediate newborn care skills - **Preferred Skills:** - Circulating experience **Ideal Candidate Traits:** - Outgoing and friendly personality - Adaptable to various situations - Passionate about providing quality care **Required Certifications:** - NRP - BLS/ALS - Advanced Fetal Monitoring **Work Environment:** - Positive and supportive atmosphere with a focus on teamwork. - Weekend shifts are available upon approval but not mandatory. **Dress Code:** - Scrubs are provided for your convenience. **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
