Della Infotech Inc is seeking a travel nurse RN Labor and Delivery for a travel nursing job in Silver Spring, Maryland.
Job Requirements
Minimum 2 years of Labor & Delivery RN experience
Active Maryland RN license or applicable compact eligibility
Current BLS certification
Labor & Delivery/OB clinical experience
Strong experience with maternal and fetal assessment
Experience caring for patients throughout labor, delivery, and postpartum recovery
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced L&D environment
Night-shift availability: 7:00 PM–7:30 AM
Key Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive nursing care to laboring and postpartum patients.
Monitor maternal and fetal status and recognize changes requiring intervention.
Assist with vaginal and cesarean deliveries.
Administer medications, IV therapy, and other treatments according to orders.
Perform fetal monitoring and document maternal/fetal assessments.
Support patients and families throughout labor, delivery, and recovery.
Collaborate with OB physicians, anesthesia, neonatal teams, and other healthcare professionals.
Maintain accurate documentation and follow hospital policies and safety standards.
