Exciting Opportunity: Travel RN - L&D (705) - Night Shift Job Description: - Join a dynamic team in our Birth Care Center with a rich patient-centered focus! - Work in a bustling environment with 20 beds and a diverse staff of 50 dedicated professionals. - Day & Night Shift Details: - Night Shift: 7P - 7A - Night Shift Team: 1 CNC/charge, Desk clerk, Scrub tech, and 4-5 RNs - Patient Care Ratios: - 3-4:1 for post-partum couplets - 1-2:1 for labor patients - Utilize state-of-the-art equipment: - Welch Allen vitals machines - CPN monitors - POC Glucose monitoring - Monica Novii telemetry - Manage EMR efficiently with Meditech / CPN - Ideal Candidate Profile: - Minimum 1-year current experience as an L&D RN - Required Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NRP & AWHONN or Intermediate Fetal Monitoring (IFM) - Preferred Experience: Postpartum and High-risk LDR - Typical Procedures Include: - C-sections and Inductions - AROM, IUPC, DFM, and Doppler - Circulating C-Sections - We value: - A positive attitude and hard work - An eagerness to stay busy and engage in patient care - Unit Guidelines: - Adherence to HCA ICARE standards of behavior is essential Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol): At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
