Required Qualifications

Active Texas RN License (temporary license not accepted)
BLS Certification
ACLS Certification
NRP Certification
AWHONN Fetal Monitoring Certification (FM)
Minimum 2 years of Labor & Delivery RN experience
Previous Charge Nurse experience (required)
Willingness to work as Charge RN
Experience circulating C-sections

Preferred Experience

RNC Certification
Meditech EMR experience

Unit Highlights

12-bed Labor & Delivery unit
2:1 nurse-to-patient ratio
Unit Technician on every shift
Unit Secretary on day shift
Meditech EMR
Floating to like units as needed
No call required
Four weekend shifts per month
Facility-provided scrubs
36 guaranteed hours per week
