Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum 1 year of Labor & Delivery nursing experience
• BLS certification required
• ACLS certification required
• Strong fetal monitoring experience
• Comfortable supporting vaginal deliveries and C-sections
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented clinical environment
• Preferred: OR circulation experience for cesarean sections
• Preferred: experience catching newborns and caring for antepartum patients

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, compassionate patient care to laboring and postpartum patients
• Monitor maternal and fetal status throughout labor, delivery, and recovery
• Assist with vaginal deliveries and cesarean sections
• Support circulating duties in the OR for C-section cases as needed
• Respond quickly to changing patient needs while maintaining safe, effective nursing care
• Collaborate with physicians, OB techs, and unit staff to ensure smooth patient flow
• Deliver family-centered care with professionalism, empathy, and clinical confidence
