Job Details:
**Required Experience and Certifications:** - RN licensure - BLS, ACLS (AHA or ARC) - NRP - AWHONN Intermediate Fetal Monitoring (preferred) - STABLE (preferred) - Minimum of 2 years of experience **Skills and Competencies:** - Ability to circulate C-sections - High-risk labor management - Pitocin titration - Fetal monitoring interpretation - Neonatal resuscitation participation - Postpartum/couplet care competency **Preferred Experience:** - Previous rural hospital experience - Experience in the LDRP model **Scope of Role:** - Labor, Delivery, Recovery, Postpartum, and newborn **Patient Ratio:** - 1:1 labor - 3:1 couplet care **Other Requirements:** - Must be greater than 50 miles from the facility (for travelers) - Compliance with HR and Employee Health documentation **Documentation Needed:** For Human Resources: - Resume - References (prefer 2 professional references) - OIG Sanction Check - Background Check (covering last 7 years) - Signed Job Description - Primary Source License Verification - Certifications - Competencies - Education verification (if required) For Employee Health: - Drug Screen Results - Current TB test results - MMR titer or vaccination series - Varicella titer or vaccination series - HepB titer or vaccination series - Current Tdap - Covid-19 vaccination card (if obtained) - Flu vaccination record (during flu season)
