Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum 2 years of recent high-risk Labor & Delivery nursing experience
• Experience caring for high-risk obstetrical and women's health patients
• Experience circulating in C-sections
• Experience recovering high-acuity postpartum patients
• Intermediate AWONN fetal monitoring certification
• Ability to work night shifts and rotate weekends as needed
• Strong teamwork, communication, and critical-thinking skills

Responsibilities

• Provide bedside nursing care to laboring and postpartum patients with high-risk needs
• Monitor fetal status and support safe, timely interventions
• Assist with vaginal deliveries, C-sections, D&Cs, and post-delivery recovery care
• Circulate in the operating room for obstetric procedures as assigned
• Collaborate with physicians, anesthesia, and the care team to promote positive outcomes
• Support triage, antepartum, and women's unit needs as appropriate
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow unit policies and best practices
