**Exciting Night Shift Opportunity for RN in LDRP/OB!** **Job Description:** - Join a dynamic and compassionate team as a Registered Nurse in Labor, Delivery, Recovery, and Postpartum (LDRP). - Engage in a role that allows you to deliver safe, high-quality, patient- and family-centered care. **Key Responsibilities:** - Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop personalized care plans. - Deliver direct patient care across all ages, promoting optimal health outcomes. - Educate patients and families in a clear and culturally sensitive manner. - Supervise and guide ancillary team members in providing exceptional care. - Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic health record. - Collaborate effectively with physicians, therapists, and the broader care team. - Participate in quality improvement initiatives and ongoing professional development. - Float to other departments as needed, with appropriate orientation and training. - Perform additional duties as assigned to support hospital operations. **General Qualifications:** - Current New Mexico RN license or active Multi-State Compact (eNLC) license. - Current Basic Life Support (BLS/CPR) certification from the American Heart Association (or equivalent). - Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) required; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred. - Strong interpersonal, communication, and critical-thinking skills. - Ability to deliver compassionate, culturally competent care across all age groups. - Strong team player with flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment. - Commitment to professional growth and lifelong learning. **Department-Specific Qualifications in LDRP:** - Current certifications: BLS, ACLS, NRP, Intermediate Fetal Monitoring required. - OPS Emergency Workshop and STABLE certification required within 12 months. - Skilled in perinatal care, labor support, delivery, and newborn assessment. - Knowledge of sterile techniques and sterile field maintenance. **Physical, Environmental & Psychological Considerations:** - Exposure to bloodborne pathogens and infectious diseases. - Primary work occurs in a temperature-controlled hospital setting. - Must be physically able to lift, position, and transfer patients using proper body mechanics. - Ability to work under stress, responding calmly to emergencies with strong problem-solving skills. **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
